blocked gmail
I eas instructed to start a new thread with this, so here goes:
none of my school computers (win XP) don't allow the students to view gmail. since I don't think there's any particular reason for this, I think that maybe a student did it...although I have no idea how (there are 5 comps in the basement and then 1 or 2 on every floor of the college - he either got into the network somehow or did each of them manually...) or off course the school might have done it, but I really can't tgink of even one reason for it... (the rest of the online mail providers work normally)..so, the comps are a bit restricted (you can't install stuff and a few small things besides that), but I think you can do most things normally...now the big wuestion: can anyone help me check out my mail at school? thanks

I don't know if this will help but it's worth a try. Try using a proxy. Here are some free ones:

don't know who jasper is, but since we're all evolved from monkeys it might be...anyway, sorry for not checking the archives.
p.s.
the 1st link you gave me just says the guy is banned, the second one helps I guess, the 3rd one I saw before and it didn't help, 4th has a useful link, 5th one is useless ETC...anyway, thanks for the help, it must have taken some time to post those links...sorry about the search thing but I [i] did [/i]try to post the question on another topic and someone told me to fuck off and start a new thread, so I did...
