Messages throughIP

Is it possible to send messages to other people through their IP? I saw something called WLAN NetSend, and you use their IP, although it's only for WLANS. -.-. If it's possible, can someone please tell me?

I think he's only asking how to hack if he wants to send messages to anyones IP... maybe he just means through his own LAN... er.. maybe

edit: uh, nevermind. I'm just gonna shut up from now on :P

No, I'm not asking how to hack, I'm just asking, if, instead of a net send namehere. It's possible to do a net send with their IP. Kinda like this.
Ranged Netsend xx.xxx.xxx.xxx. Msg.
Although, that is somewhat hacking, but I'm just trying to....ehhhhh....crap.

-Sorry.

The only thing I could compare it to is a proxy, but that won't let you use another person's IP. Not without a trojan. Using an IP is a bit different than spoofing an email address.

This is a good question, actually. I'll research it a bit and let you know what I find.

Thanks alot Reno. I found a program that sends them through IPs, but they're only for people in a LAN (Wireless or not.)

erm... ever heard of the 'net send' command in dos??

it was in worm's book.

if you know the PC's full name, are running xp, and have net send enabled, dothis:

open the command line and type:
net send pcname message
where the pcname is the PC's real name that you are sending the message 2, and the message, is, well, the message. read up on it.

This is only possible if the computer is directly connected to the Internet (i.e. no router), if it has the Messenger service active and if you can establish a NULL session on the $IPC share (I think you need to do it). Otherwise, you can't send that kind of messages without the use of a trojan.
