er, you mean putting code in a frame? you type [c0de] to start it and [/c0de] to end it... replace the 0's with o's - i did that so it wouldnt put what i said in code format.

especially if they're using a proxy, or they're at work/school, or they're on dial-up. But it helps if they're nubs.
