Websense blocks the proxies quickly because the proxy will allow you to access all restricted sites. A game site is lower priority because it will not allow you to access all restricted sites, only the one site that managed to get through.

They probably are also subscribed to the mailing list for proxies, so they know about them as soon as a new one pops up. It's fairly simple to block sites that get emailed to you upon creation.

I know you didn't ask, but if you want a more permanent way to get around the blocks, set up a proxy on your own computer (if you can manage to figure it out), and use that. They probably won't block it, and if they do, it will only stay blocked for as long as your IP stays the same (correct me if I'm wrong). The only problem is that it's a bitch to set up if you have a router and aren't familiar with the way a server works.

Yea iv thought of that but im not entirely sure what i have to do to set my comp up as a proxy i can use. I do know a bit about how servers work.

yea thats pretty helpful but im thinking of like having a proxy that is more like a ip so i can play games that use servers if you understand what im saying but i may just use that thing for sites

LOL i just looked at the websence site and realized its a program not a proxy that businesses pay for which is actually even easyier to exploit in that cause because all i have to do then is set up a proxy with in the computer i think lol how ever im not realy sure what i need to do for that
